One plan, two ways to pay: $59 per month or $590 per year (the annual works out to two months free). Any applicable tax is added at checkout.
How renewal works
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The renewal terms, the recurring price, the billing interval, and the date to cancel by to avoid the next charge, are shown and agreed to at checkout. We send renewal reminders as the law requires, and for annual plans a reminder before each renewal. If we ever change your renewal price or plan, we give you advance notice and a chance to cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time through the customer portal, and it is at least as easy as signing up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. Stripe emails you a confirmation when you cancel.
Managing your billing
The same customer portal is where you update your card, view your invoices, and cancel.
The founder rate
If you start a paid subscription within the first 90 days after launch, your rate is locked: $59 per month, or $590 per year, held for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. No general price increase raises it while you stay subscribed.
The lock covers the base CutlassEdge app only. It does not cover separately sold add-ons or higher tiers (like a future execution add-on or an AI assistant), and it does not change taxes or your third-party data and brokerage fees. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the lock ends, and any later subscription is at the then-current price.
Refunds
New subscribers get a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 30 days of your first CutlassEdge payment, monthly or annual. It is for first-time subscribers only, one refund per customer, and refunds are issued through Stripe.
After those first 30 days, payments are non-refundable, including automatic-renewal charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing here limits any refund or withdrawal right the law gives you where you live. Note that the market-data feed you connect is separate, and is not part of your CutlassEdge subscription.
Refunds, chargebacks, and your license
A refund ends your license. If you receive a refund, or your payment is reversed or charged back, your subscription and license end right away and your key may be suspended. If something looks wrong with a charge, please email support@cutlassedge.com first so we can sort it out, before starting a chargeback.
